At Coggins Auto Group, we're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team at either Coggins Toyota of Bennington or Coggins Honda of Bennington. We're a family-owned dealership that believes customers deserve honesty, transparency, and an experience that's actually enjoyable. No gimmicks. No unnecessary pressure. As the face of our service department, you'll keep customers informed, technicians productive, and the day moving forward while delivering the kind of service that keeps people coming back.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression
• Listen carefully and recommend maintenance and repairs with confidence
• Write accurate repair orders and provide realistic timelines
• Coordinate repairs with technicians to keep work flowing efficiently
• Communicate updates proactively so customers always know what's happening
• Help customers understand their vehicle and maintenance needs
• Keep repair orders organized, accurate, and complete
• Deliver a transparent, stress-free service experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused
• Team player who enjoys helping wherever needed
• Comfortable using dealership software and technology
• Valid driver's license

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM-5:15 PM

Rotating Saturdays: 7:45 AM-1:00 PM
