Automotive Service Advisor
Big O Tires – Riggs Road | Gilbert, AZ
$60,000–$85,000 annually | $23–$28 per hour plus spiffs | Full-Time
AutoShop Recruiting has partnered with Big O Tires and Central Arizona Auto Group to hire an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for the Williams Field location.
We are looking for someone who can build customer trust, explain repair recommendations clearly, and keep the service process moving efficiently from vehicle check-in through delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and identify their service concerns
- Complete vehicle walk-arounds
- Document service requests accurately
- Review inspection findings with customers
- Recommend appropriate tires, maintenance, and repairs
- Prepare and explain estimates
- Obtain customer authorization
- Coordinate work orders with technicians
- Provide timely status updates
- Close repair orders and process payments
- Maintain accurate point-of-sale records
- Resolve concerns and protect the customer relationship
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of service-advisor, automotive-sales, or related customer-service experience
- Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Strong sales, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to explain technical information in plain language
- Confidence handling multiple customers and repair orders
- Computer and point-of-sale proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
