What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and understands that trust is the foundation of a successful automotive repair business.
The right person will:
  • Have previous automotive service advisor or automotive customer service experience
  • Be comfortable communicating repair recommendations and explaining services to customers
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
  • Be organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple repair orders throughout the day
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and the rest of the team
  • Take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Understand the importance of honesty and transparency when discussing vehicle repairs
  • Be professional, positive, and able to work well in a team environment
  • Have a genuine desire to help customers and find the right solutions for their vehicles
  • Want to grow with a successful, locally owned business
