Educate customers on vehicle condition, safety concerns, and future needs
Obtain repair authorizations and manage approvals efficiently
Communicate technician findings and diagnostic results to customers
Coordinate workflow between technicians and management
Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines
Provide consistent status updates to customers
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally
Close repair orders, review invoices, and ensure accuracy
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
Strong automotive knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sales skills with an ethical, customer-first approach
Ability to explain technical information in easy-to-understand language
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and experience with shop management software
Professional appearance and positive attitude
