Overview
The Service Advisor at Group 1 Automotive serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, delivering a premium, luxury-level customer experience. This role involves managing the entire service process-from vehicle intake to final delivery-while ensuring clear communication, accurate recommendations, and efficient coordination with technicians. The Service Advisor plays a key role in building customer trust, driving service revenue, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
