Your Role in the Shop

• Guide customers from vehicle check-in through payment and delivery.
• Translate Digital Vehicle Inspection findings into clear repair and maintenance recommendations.
• Build accurate estimates and repair orders, present options, and obtain customer authorization.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians, including parts ordering when needed.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and timing.
• Handle warranty paperwork, maintain customer records, and follow up on future service needs.

Experience and Skills

You know how to present value without pressure and close needed repairs with honesty. Strong automotive knowledge, communication, organization, and attention to detail will help you manage multiple customers and repair orders.

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong automotive knowledge, sales and closing ability, and customer service skills.
• Comfort with automotive shop management software; Tekmetric experience is a plus.
• Professional attitude and appearance, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license.

European and Luxury Vehicle Experience

Experience serving owners of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover, MINI, and Volvo vehicles is highly valued. European automotive service, luxury vehicle customer care, and dealership Service Advisor experience are strong advantages.
