About the Role

The shop is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Spring, TX, with $75,000+ annual earning potential through hourly pay plus uncapped commission. This Monday–Friday position is open to candidates with a strong customer service or sales background who are ready to bring those skills into an automotive service environment.

Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required. The role focuses on delivering a strong customer experience, presenting repair recommendations, securing approvals, and coordinating with technicians throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage repair orders from vehicle intake through delivery.
• Build and present estimates and repair recommendations to customers.
• Secure customer approvals and close sales professionally.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Work toward established sales and gross-profit goals.
• Deliver professional customer service throughout each interaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales skills and a genuine interest in the art of selling, including confidently presenting repair and maintenance recommendations.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive service or repair shop experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with automotive shop management software is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000+ annual earning potential.
• Hourly pay plus uncapped commission.
• Commission based on monthly sales and 60% gross profit.
• Weekly sales target of $20,000.
