Description of the role:As an Automotive Sales Associate at Smithtown Nissan and Infiniti, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicle and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:- Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives- Negotiate sales prices and complete paperwork for vehicle purchases- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Requirements:- Previous sales experience preferred- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicle features- Valid driver's license
