Automotive Sales Representative

Riverview Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team in McKeesport, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a satisfying purchase experience. Your expertise and dedication will help grow our customer base and maintain our reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide detailed information about vehicle options, features, and pricing.
• Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals while maintaining company profitability.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, inventory, and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to achieve dealership sales goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
