Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Navarre Honda and create a friendly, helpful first impression
• Listen to each customers needs and guide them toward the right vehicle options
• Present Honda models clearly, highlighting features, benefits, and differences between trims
• Support customers through the sales process from initial contact to final delivery
• Follow up with buyers and prospects to answer questions and keep the conversation moving
• Work with the sales team to maintain a smooth, organized showroom experience
• Learn current inventory, promotions, and financing options so you can speak with confidence
• Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
• Complete accurate sales paperwork and maintain records in dealership systems

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email
• Ability to learn vehicle features, trims, pricing, and financing basics quickly
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or dealership software
• Availability to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Self-motivated approach with a genuine interest in helping customers
• Knowledge of Honda vehicles or dealership sales processes is a plus
