Overview:
Group 1 Chevrolet Spring is seeking motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals to join our high-performing sales team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Qualifications:
Customer-facing sales experience required (automotive experience is a plus!)
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience handling phone leads and Internet inquiries is a strong plus
Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Self-motivated and proactive
Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
