Follows dealership procedures to obtain customers' proper identification before a test drive.- Records required information about each customer into the dealer-provided Customer Relations Management System on a daily basis.- Utilizes the Customer Relations Management System to develop and maintain customer database on a daily basis.- Knows and understands equity and values, and is able to explain depreciation to the customer.
