We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Manager who understands that success starts long before a customer walks through the door. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and dealership goals
Drive a strong lead management culture by ensuring all internet, phone, and showroom opportunities are worked consistently and effectively
Monitor CRM activity, follow-up processes, appointment-setting performance, and customer engagement
Partner closely with the BDC to maximize appointment show rates, customer experience, and sales conversions
Train and coach sales consultants on phone skills, lead handling, appointment setting, objection management, and customer follow-up
Conduct daily sales meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews to help team members grow
Review key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve results
Assist with deal structure, negotiations, and customer satisfaction efforts
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability and continuous improvement
Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
Strong understanding of CRM systems, internet lead management, and sales processes
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals
Experience managing lead follow-up, appointment conversion, and customer retention strategies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process execution
Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into action
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
