What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
- Desk deals and assist with closing sales
- Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants
- Maintain high ethical and customer service standards
- Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- Automotive Sales Manager experience preferred, or proven success as a top automotive Sales Consultant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
