As an Automotive Finance Manager, you'll help customers secure financing, protect their vehicle investment with valuable products, and deliver an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do
Finance & Product Sales:
  • Present financing options and protection products to customers.
  • Help customers make informed decisions with a transparent finance menu.
  • Secure lender approvals and process finance transactions.
  • Achieve finance and product sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company requirements.
Customer Experience:
  • Deliver a professional, transparent, and memorable buying experience.
  • Build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction scores.

Dealer & Team Support:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
  • Train Sales Consultants on finance and insurance processes.
  • Support dealership operations and leadership as needed.
  • Assist in managing the sales department when the Store Manager is unavailable.

What We're Looking For
Experience:
  • 3+ years of automotive finance or automotive sales experience.
  • Proven success selling finance and insurance products.
  • Strong history of product penetration, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes.
Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Computer and internet proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
  • Professional appearance and follow-through.
Education & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
