We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales/Finance Manager to lead our sales team and oversee financial operations associated with vehicle transactions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales and finance, a keen eye for details, and exceptional customer service skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage finance and insurance processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Structure deals to achieve maximum profitability for both the company and the customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and other financial partners.

**Qualifications:**
