$500 per week guaranteed salary plus aggressive commission plan

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous automotive sales experience preferred
Strong closing and customer relationship skills
Positive attitude with a competitive drive to succeed
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Team player with a strong work ethic
Customer-focused and committed to delivering an outstanding buying experience
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
Follow up with leads and showroom traffic
Build lasting customer relationships before, during, and after the sale
Maintain product knowledge on Honda vehicles and dealership programs
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
Work closely with management to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
REQUIREMENTS
Automotive sales experience preferred
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Professional appearance
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
