Capital Subaru of Greenville is seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team! If you're passionate about helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the excitement of closing deals, this is an incredible opportunity to build a rewarding career in automotive sales - with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified new hires. 

In this role, you'll guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they make, delivering an exceptional buying experience from the first hello to the moment they drive off the lot. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
  • Learn each customer's needs, lifestyle, and preferences to recommend the right vehicle 
  • Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery 
  • Showcase vehicle features, technology, performance, and benefits with confidence 
  • Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business 
  • Negotiate and close vehicle sales while ensuring a positive customer experience 
  • Stay up to date on current inventory, vehicle specs, promotions, and financing options
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals 
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities 
  • Assist with other duties as assigned 

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities 
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets 
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing customer and sales information 
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment background screenings
