The Huston Automotive Group is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team at Central Buick GMC in Winter Haven, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all potential and existing customers
  • Nurture relationships to build clientele for life & earn referral business
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience, automotive preferred
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
  • Enthusiastic about current products and eager to learn new products
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
