Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their requirements and budget.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Negotiate prices, handle paperwork, and close sales to meet dealership targets.
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and staying up to date with market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer-focused role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles is a plus.
