Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a professional and consultative sales process
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all vehicles and services
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-based role
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
This position offers a performance-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential. Income is driven by individual sales results.
Typical earnings range: $60,000 - 120,000+ annually, based on performance.
