What You'll Do
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional dealership experience
- Build strong relationships and identify customer needs
- Assist customers with selecting new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
- Follow up consistently with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Set appointments and convert leads into vehicle sales
- Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM
- Stay current on Ford products, features, technology, incentives, and inventory
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Generate repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience required
- Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
- Retail, BDC, call center, phone sales, or commissioned sales experience considered
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
