Compensation

Expected annual earnings range from $45,000 to $150,000, based on individual performance and sales results.

Our commission structure rewards production. As monthly vehicle sales increase, the commission percentage increases and applies back to all qualifying units sold during the month. It's a pay plan designed to reward sales professionals who perform.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs
• Build relationships by providing professional, customer-focused buying experience
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, features, options, and available incentives
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers by phone, text, and email
• Develop repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships
• Assist customers throughout the sales and vehicle delivery process
• Stay knowledgeable about Chevrolet products, inventory, and dealership programs

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, driven, and comfortable working toward sales goals
• Professional and customer-focused
• Ability to learn product information and dealership technology
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
