New Social Media & Digital Engagement Expectation: Leverages social media platforms to build personal brand awareness Creates engaging content such as short videos, walk‑arounds, or product highlights Interacts with online leads and responds professionally to digital inquiries Uses social channels to expand reach, generate interest, and attract new customers
