Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expert-level product knowledge across new and pre-owned BMW inventory

  • Conduct professional needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle and ownership structure

  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and digital lead management

  • Demonstrate strong closing skills while maintaining integrity and client trust

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM activity

  • Achieve and exceed monthly performance goals

  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented sales culture

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
