Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs
Become a knowledgeable Buick and GMC product expert
Present vehicle options and demonstrate industry-leading features
Conduct professional and engaging test drives
Prepare vehicle quotes and explain financing options
Follow up with prospective customers and leads
Stay connected with existing customers to ensure an exceptional ownership experience
Deliver the outstanding customer service that has helped build our reputation for more than five decades
A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Sales experience in automotive, retail, inside sales, or outside sales
A steady work history and willingness to learn
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A valid U.S. driver's license
