Responsibilities for our sales advisors:
- Getting to work on time
- Report to morning sales meeting
- Utilize the marketing department to reach out to new and former customers
- Meet & greet customers on the lot and in the sale room to better assist them
- Offer to tour this years new vehicles and dealership amenities
- Identify clients needs
- Offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered
- Assist qualified customers with test drives
- Consult with the Sales Manager during the sales transaction
Qualifications for the sales advisor:
- College welcomed, but not necessary
- Sales experience (Preferred, but not necessary)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal ability
- The drive to excel under pressure
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends
- A valid driver's license
- Submission to background check
- Submission to drug screen
