Melloy Ford is looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our sales team in Los Lunas, New Mexico.

Automotive sales experience is welcome, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Melloy Ford, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while building relationships that can lead to repeat and referral business.
You'll:
Assist customers shopping for new Ford vehicles and quality pre-owned vehicles
Respond to internet and phone leads
Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
Schedule and confirm sales appointments
Learn how to use our CRM and sales tools
Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
Prospect for new customers and ask for referrals
Build your own customer base
Work with experienced sales managers to structure and complete deals
Follow up with customers after the sale
You don't have to come from the car business.
We're interested in people from retail, restaurants, hospitality, wireless sales, customer service, real estate, outside sales, or any other background where you've learned how to communicate with people and take care of customers.

We provide the inventory, advertising, internet leads, dealership traffic, technology, training, and management support.
We also teach our salespeople how to create opportunities of their own through follow-up, prospecting, referrals, previous customers, and their personal network.

This is a performance-based sales position. Earnings vary based on individual sales performance, experience, and activity.
