Automotive Sales Associate
Location: Keller Bros Dodge – Lititz, PA
Keller Bros Dodge is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team environment and enjoy building strong relationships with customers while working in a fast-paced dealership setting. Build relationships to foster repeat and referral business
Respond to inquiries, highlight vehicle features, and conduct test drives
Provide accurate payment quotes and financing options
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership and maintain accurate records
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of sales or retail experience preferred
Ability to pass state licensing requirements for a Salesperson License (PA)
Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
Physically able to perform job functions (standing, lifting, bending)
