Whether you're an experienced car salesperson or coming from retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service, we provide the training, tools, and inventory to help you earn $50,000 to $100,000+ per year. What You'll Do
- Greet and guide customers through the vehicle buying and leasing process from first hello to delivery
- Present new and pre-owned Hyundai vehicles, conduct test drives, and explain features, options, and pricing
- Follow up with leads, internet inquiries, and prior customers to build repeat and referral business
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the Hyundai lineup
- Hit monthly sales and customer satisfaction (CSI) goals
- Follow the dealership sales process and complete paperwork accurately
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to earn
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Prior sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
