Burns Honda is seeking a top-performing, driven Sales Associate to join one of the highest-volume Honda dealerships in the region. This is not an entry-level role, we are looking for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment and are motivated by performance, customer experience, and income growth.

Compensation
  • Compensation Range: $60,000 – $150,000+ annually
  • Training Pay: Weekly Salary up to first 90 Days
  • Pay Structure: Commission + Performance Bonuses
  • Top performers regularly exceed $120,000+
What You'll Do
  • Engage and assist customers through the full sales process (in-store, phone, and digital leads)
  • Build value and present Honda products with confidence and expertise
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities daily
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up activity
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that drives repeat and referral business
  • Collaborate with management and team members to exceed dealership KPIs
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in sales (automotive preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Ability to handle high volume while maintaining attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Professional, positive attitude with a team-first approach
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
