Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg is looking for Used CarSales Consultants with experiencewho want to better their careers in sales.  If you are an energetic, highly motivated, and result-driven sales professional who not only wants to close the sale, but to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. • Annual Earning Potential: $60,000-$150,000
• Bi-Weekly Salary plus Monthly Commission

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements

• One year of sales experience in ANY industry - preferred
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person ' who's motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
