Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous dealership experience.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and comfortable talking with people
• Motivated to earn and grow
• Dependable and professional
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Comfortable using technology
• Interested in building a long-term career

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, banking, or other people-focused positions can translate very well into automotive sales.
