What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, ask questions, and understand their needs.
• Help shoppers select vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Present vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives.
• Work with managers to answer questions, explore options, and earn the sale.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and keep customer information organized in our CRM.
• Build business through calls, texts, emails, repeat customers, and referrals.
• Coordinate with finance and other departments for a smooth delivery.
