What You'll Do
- Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Identify needs through active listening and product knowledge
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Guide customers through the entire purchase experience
- Follow up with leads and past customers by phone, text, and video using VinSolutions
- Stay current on models, trims, and technology
- Keep documentation accurate and compliant
- Attend weekly sales meetings, trainings, and community events
What You Bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic focused on integrity and teamwork
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
No automotive experience? No problem. Sales experience is preferred, but we hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.
