Job Description
We are seeking a driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. This is a high-opportunity role for someone who thrives on building relationships, earning trust, and guiding customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
You do not need automotive sales experience to succeed here – you need ambition, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve people well. We will provide the training, the tools, and the support to get you there. Job Type
Pay: Uncapped Earning Potential
- Income potential up to $150,000 per year based on performance.

Work Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to commute to Cleveland, TX.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required – bilingual candidates will have a distinct advantage serving our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, professional manner from the moment they arrive.
- Needs Assessment: Listen carefully to each customer’s needs, lifestyle, and budget to match them with the right vehicle.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough knowledge of our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram inventory, features, and financing options.
- Follow-Up: Build and maintain a personal client base through consistent, professional follow-up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic.
- Process: Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives, and guide customers through the entire purchase process with transparency and confidence.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with management, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experienced Candidates: A proven track record in sales – automotive or otherwise – with the ability to close confidently and professionally.
- Entry-Level Candidates: A positive attitude, natural people skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
