- Become the product expert — know our vehicles inside and out, from optional packages to the latest tech
- Deliver professional, high-energy demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- Follow up with customers to earn repeat and referral business
- Learn proven techniques to handle objections and close with confidence
- Stay organized and keep customers engaged through our CRM
- Partner with your Sales Manager on goals, activities, and performance
