Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the full vehicle buying process
- Build rapport, assess needs, and recommend the right vehicle
- Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and technology
- Handle internet leads, inbound calls, and showroom traffic
- Present pricing, financing, and trade-in options
- Follow up consistently to generate repeat and referral business
- Utilize CRM to track leads, activities, and sales pipeline
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience required
- Proven closing skills and track record of performance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Strong follow-up and CRM usage skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
