What You'll Do
- Greet and guide customers through the sales process
- Find the right vehicle using inventory tools and needs analysis
- Demonstrate features, benefits, and value on test drives
- Help customers complete sales applications and documents
- Follow up with leads and past customers by phone, text, video, and email
- Help keep inventory clean, presentable, and merchandised
What You Bring
- High energy and an outgoing, positive attitude
- Strong communication in person and by phone
- Confidence, coachability, and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn CRM and sales tools
- Basic business math
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors
- Valid driver's license
