Whether you're an experienced automotive sales professional or have a proven background in retail, hospitality, furniture, wireless, or other commission-based sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchase process
- Build relationships with new and repeat clients
- Generate leads through phone, internet, referrals, and showroom traffic
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain product knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and technology
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous sales experience in retail, hospitality, furniture, wireless, real estate, or other customer-facing sales roles is encouraged to apply
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
