Welcome and assist customers, address their questions, and help guide them toward the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget
Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures for verifying identification
Present vehicle features, performance specs, and available options clearly
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify areas for improvement
Stay current on product knowledge across the full vehicle lineup
Prior automotive sales experience preferred
Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
