Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist every customer who enters the dealership

  • Help customers make informed purchase decisions by asking questions and actively listening to their needs

  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members to enhance the sales process

  • Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospective buyers

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to review goals, activities, and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales day

  • Friendly, competitive personality with confidence handling objections and negotiating pricing

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency and math skills

  • Interest in mentoring and training new sales associates
