About the Role:Elite Certified Auto Services & Tires/Goodyear in La Habra, CA is looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Repair Service Writer/Salesman to join our team! This is your chance to combine your passion for cars with your people skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment backed by the trusted Goodyear brand.
Responsibilities:- Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and write accurate repair orders
- Recommend services, maintenance packages, and tire solutions to meet customer needs
- Communicate repair status updates and estimated completion times to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell automotive services, tires, and parts to drive revenue
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
- Provide repair estimates, explain costs, and obtain customer approvals
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements:- Previous experience as a service writer, service advisor, or automotive sales role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance services, and tires
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced shop environment
- Proficiency with automotive service software and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- MAM software, Autoworks 1, and Klipboard, definitely a plus.
