What you’ll do
Review every invoice for accuracy: odometer readings, labor times, and parts used.
Adjust mileage, time, and markups to match each customer’s preferences—training provided by George & Rick so you know the nuances.
Enter and maintain key account data in Fullbay + QuickBooks.
Find and execute ways to improve how we invoice—fewer steps, fewer errors, faster cash.
Work closely with Cash Management to help drive on-time payments and strong collections.
Coordinate with service writers, parts, and technicians to schedule work, order parts, and onboard/organize customer accounts.
