Franchised Auto Repair Shop

Lead a franchised auto repair shop from the ground up. We’re hiring a hands-on General Manager to run daily operations, build a strong team, and drive results from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Run daily shop operations: workflow, scheduling, and customer experience

  • Hire, coach, and lead technicians and service advisors

  • Ensure quality repairs, accurate estimates, and franchise standards

  • Track KPIs (productivity, labor efficiency, sales, profitability)

  • Manage expenses, compliance, and growth initiatives

What You Bring

  • Management experience in auto repair or a similar service business

  • Strong leadership and accountability skills

  • Comfort using shop systems and performance data

  • Motivation to build and grow a shop within it's community

First 90 Days

  • 30 days: Franchise training; learn systems, POS, workflow, fleet processes

  • 60 days: Warranty training; begin hiring and team development

  • 90 days: Fully lead the shop; implement processes; manage performance

Pay & Benefits

  • $67,000–$85,000 base + uncapped performance incentives
    (Top performers earn $100k+)
