• Regulatory & Testing Oversight: Orchestrate testing aligned to standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Laboratory Assignments: Schedule and distribute lab work, ensuring the right people and tools are in place.
• Calibration & Equipment Maintenance: Steward calibration status and equipment upkeep for reliable results.
• Dimensional Inspection & GD&T: Oversee dimensional verification with robust GD&T application.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze outcomes and prepare concise, decision-ready reports.
• Quality Systems & Audits: Sustain QMS effectiveness and support audits from planning through follow-up.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify waste, reduce variation, and elevate capability using facts.
• Process Test Methods & Documentation: Contribute to test method development and manage document revisions.

• Six Sigma Black Belt or quality certifications such as ASQ CQE/CQM to drive data-based improvements.
• Background leading a Tier 1 automotive quality laboratory or comparable leadership experience.
• Strong 3D CAD capability (e.g., SolidWorks) to support part design reviews and gauge design and/or validation.
• Auditor Credentials for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 including internal auditor training/certifications.
