Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information on automotive products and features to customers.
• Conduct needs analysis in collaboration with customers to identify suitable products.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge within the dealership.
• Manage the test drive process efficiently and professionally.
• Support Sales Advisors during sales consultations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the main contact for customers with inquiries about product usage and functions.

Key Qualifications
