Winter Hours: 7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday -Friday or Tuesday -Saturday / Weekends required *

Job Summary
The Automotive Parts Puller / Dismantler plays a critical role in yard operations by safely removing high value automotive components, accurately pulling parts for customer orders, and maintaining an organized, efficient work environment. This role requires hands on automotive knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely dismantle vehicles and remove automotive components, including hybrid batteries, catalytic converters, airbags, and other requested parts.
- Identify, pull, and stage parts based on customer orders and inventory needs.
- Inspect parts for quality and ensure items are in good condition before packaging or staging.
- Support customer counter sales by pulling requested parts and delivering them to the sales counter.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain yard and work areas for efficient workflow and easy access to parts.
- Operate forklifts and assist with loading trucks as needed.
- Use handheld devices or inventory software to enter information and generate reports.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and productivity guidelines.
- Perform housekeeping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands-on automotive repair or dismantling experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to use hand and electric tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, yard, or inventory management experience.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and specifications.
- Experience using inventory management software.

Job Conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.

- Required use of PPE.
