Our Dealership is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager, with a proven track record. This position is primarily responsible for delivering expected sales of parts to retail, commercial and service customers. Establish competitive pricing specifications in various categories while generating sufficient profits and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Also properly staffs the department, which includes hiring, training, motivating and monitoring the performance of all parts department staff.

Responsibilities

Ownership of overall brand performance
Automotive Parts experience necessary
Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of department employees.
Document employee performance, and policy and procedure compliance.
Review operational expenses and collections.
Cost of Sale/Expense Control
Recruiting, interviewing, and building Parts Team
Leading, coaching, and developing Parts Team
Delivering a valuable customer experience - relationship-based, timely/efficient, and quality
Marketing & Merchandising efforts (physical and digital)
Master and maximize OEM processes, procedures, programs, etc.
