This may include a review of criminal records, motor vehicle reports, employment history, sex offender registries, and other relevant information. Background checks are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, and all candidates will be required to provide written consent before the check is initiated. A previous criminal record does not automatically disqualify you from employment; each case is reviewed individually.
